It's a Girl!

We found out back in May that we were expecting a baby around the middle of December. At the most recent appointment we learned we would be having a G I R L! Deven doesn't fully understand what this means for him yet that he will have a little sister but we know he will be adorable with her. He truly loves babies, whenever we see one he squeals in delight, points to the squishy little person and declares "baby"! It is very exciting to anticipate a new little arrival and to share that with our now toddler. As time goes on it will be exciting to see him discover that mommy's belly is growing and that he can eventually snuggle the precious little person that is growing inside.

We plan to name her Tyler which is so great because both Adam & I love that name (now we just need to decide on a middle name). She is growing wonderfully, has a very strong heartbeat and is extremely active. I remember Deven being a wonderful joy to be pregnant with and this baby is no different. She is very lively in her movements and has an obvious schedule. Her strongest movements are around 3 pm, again at 6, then about 11. Her due date is December 19th, 3 days before Deven's birthday which would make them almost exactly 3 years apart. I wouldn't mind a little more space between the two of them so if she decides to arrive the beginning of December that would be just great too.

Adam is extremely excited to have a "Daddy's Little Girl", I can already tell that they will be quite a pair.
